Orders are produced and shipped from Florida.

Most orders typically require approximately 3–5 business days for production, quality checking, and shipping.

Production time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, custom requests, holidays, or other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Solid3D Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders over $50 may qualify for free shipping, subject to the applicable offer or shipping terms displayed on the website.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Products made from PLA are moisture-resistant and suitable for typical bathroom organization, but they are not designed for prolonged exposure to hot water or hot-water submersion.

Do not use our products in applications for which they were not designed.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any care or usage instructions provided with the product.
